Fire Fox Technologies is living proof that the American Dream can still come true.  Fire Fox started with an idea and a $200 budget.  It was started by Daniel A. Johnson and two of his sons, Carrington and Cavanaugh.  It had always been a family dream to be able to work together doing international trade.  The small group then tried looking for opportunities.  After looking at several opportunities that required several thousands of dollars to start, the group started to get discouraged. Cavanaugh was then given a chance to teach English in Taiwan.  So Cavanaugh went to Taiwan for 6 months.  While he was there he noticed people riding their scooters and talking on the phone while wearing these mics on their necks.  He did a little investigating and found a few manufacturers. 

After he found a manufacturer he liked, he sent some samples home for Carrington and Daniel to test.  After a few tests it was decided that we would sell these in America.  However, that did not fly just right.  After bringing over 200 units we received several back with complaints that is wasn't clear enough.  Everyone was disappointed. 

That is when we received an email from a customer with a superb idea.  Why not make them for 2-way radios?   We would love to thank him for the idea, but have since lost his name and email address.  But with that idea, we have brought throat mics into the recreational market where it has never been before. 

Now our products are used by hunters, skydivers, rock climbers, rally teams, dirt bikers, snowmobilers, etc.  Fire Fox values your option and your ideas.  If we can make our products better, let us know.  Products designed by you, for you.
