For those of you are having
problems, try these steps:
1. First, make certain
that your radio has is VOX capable.
2. Second, check our
Compatibility list to see if your radio is VOX
compatible with our adapters (if being used).
3. Plug in the
mic and adapter before turning the radio on.
4. Some radio start on VOX when it is turned on
with just a headset plugged in. With others, you
will need to set it to VOX, turn it off, plug in the
throat mic, and then turn the radio back on.
5. Make sure the throat mic plug
is fully inserted into the radio.
