For those of you getting
weak or distorted reception try these:
1. Make sure both
radios are turned powered on with more then half
battery power.
2. Make sure you are
not obstructed by other objects.
3. Make sure the volume
dial on the radio is not set too low.
4. Make sure the throat mic plug
is fully inserted into the radio.
5. If your throat mic has a sound
tube, check the tube, elbow, and ear piece to make sure
they are free of any obstructions.
6. If you are still getting sound
through the radio speaker instead of the headset speaker
you may need to purchase our Cobra 1 Pin Adapter.
This is a problem with some of the Motorola T6000 Series
radios.
